Here are some frequently asked questions about Exacta Messenger Service:

My package is kind of heavy. Do you charge extra for weight?

Yes, the first 10 pounds are free. After that we charge $.20/pound for each additional pound.

Do you charge for waiting time?

Yes, the first 10 minutes are free. After that it’s $11.25 for every 15 minutes. This also applies to loading and unloading.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, however we do charge $7.50 for “No Pick Ups”.

Can I pay for my order at the time of pickup or delivery?

Yes, we offer cash, check or credit card payments for pickup or delivery, otherwise known as C.O.D.

Do you deliver on nights and weekends?

Yes. For night deliveries, packages will be picked up and/or delivered between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. Monday thru Friday. For weekend deliveries, packages will be picked up and/or delivered between 12 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday. Call us at (310) 855-8800 to schedule your delivery or pickup.

Do you pick up and deliver on holidays?

Yes, we pick up and deliver 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Call us at (310) 855-8800 to schedule your delivery or pickup.

Does Exacta Messenger also handle court filings?

No, however, our sister company, Nationwide Legal, will accommodate any attorney service need you may have. Please call (213) 249-9999 or email legal@nationwideasap.com for additional information.

Do you accept credit cards? What about debit cards and checks?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Visa and MasterCard Debit cards. We also accept checks and cash for C.O.D.s.
